This is the Second Release version of the T2A CD.  This CD has an unknown release date (although the release date is sometime after the UO Live Patch of August 26, 1999).
This version should be openable using WinRAR to extract the contents.  For some reason, a normal .iso image was not openable through WinRAR (probably due to some fancy mode settings), but when converted using ImgBurn, the image opened properly through WinRAR.
