Is their a server around where UOE works?

UO Extreme use to be so clutch and was like a pre requisite for all the top hardcore pvp players especially theives due to stuff like no close for containers and snoop again on fail and equip/unequip was instant and no delay unlike how OSI did things when they finally got around to adding it into the game. I've been dieing for a UOE server for ages, but don't think it's ever been done sadly.

I don't think there is any because UOE stopped working as OSI changed the protocols and UOE didn't get updated.

Does it happen to work with the demo? If so there's still a chance for a server with UOE support eventually.

It should work with the demo. I have not tested it yet but I will keep you updated.

A pre expansion server with UOE would be a dream come true. Defiantly let me know if it works with the demo when you get a chance to test it. You can still find the UOE program on the wtfman website in the archives of ron's old webpage.
