Shard Account Issues

I did not see a tech support form so Im trying to log in to edit my shard and it wont let me what is up with that? Ive registered, I have the email with the pass. Plus I noticed you dont even have a forgot pass on the shard list section. So Id like to be able to edit my shard please Thank you.

We're in the process of transtitioning the shard to a new webserver as well as adding some much needed features to the site. Everything should work soon.
