Wolfens Nyte missing from shard list

Hello. Our account is active and a couple of days ago votes got reset. Members voted and as of a couple of days ago we had about 7 votes. Now we are completely missing from the list. Could someone check into this issue, please?

Your shard hasn't responded to polling since Jan 1 at 8pm ET. As soon as it begins to respond again it will show on the list, we will continue to poll.

If your connection info has changed, log into the shard manager from the main site and update this info. We currently have '75.134.22.139'
