I can't see that the poller has missed your shard, usually when it can't connect the online count drops to zero and then back up the next poll.

update: For some reason the system isn't recognizing the IP is valid, I'm working on this now. In the meantime if you need a manual update of some information please email it to me. This problem doesn't effect your placement on JoinUO, or the ability to poll your shard, it's just preventing edit. Will have this fixed very soon.

Done. This issue with the host name should be fixed soon. It's only caused by some IP addresses. I need a better Regular Expression for that field.
